The terms and conditions governing your use of Collide Solutions’ AI systems, platforms, and digital infrastructure services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Collide Solutions website (collide.solutions), our AI systems, automation platforms, websites, reporting systems, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Services Overview
Collide Solutions provides AI-powered systems and digital infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- AI Marketing Systems: SEO automation, content pipelines, and conversion funnels powered by artificial intelligence.
- AI Operations Platforms: Custom operational platforms for productivity, workflows, and business process management.
- Automation Infrastructure: Workflow automation systems, AI execution pipelines, and backend orchestration.
- AI Website: High-performance websites engineered for SEO visibility and conversion.
- Lead Generation Infrastructure: Scalable acquisition systems combining AI workflows and outreach automation.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All AI systems, code, designs, methodologies, workflows, documentation, and infrastructure developed by Collide Solutions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement.
Client IP: Content, data, branding, and materials provided by you remain your intellectual property.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your business purposes. Ownership transfer terms are defined in individual service agreements.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI systems, algorithms, or proprietary methodologies used in our Services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including:
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Generating spam, phishing content, or deceptive marketing.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt or degrade our Services for other users.
- Using our AI systems to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable successful delivery of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution.
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and assets within reasonable timelines.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided.
- Ensure your use of deliverables complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Backup your data independently where applicable.
6. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
- Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.
- We reserve the right to suspend Services for non-payment after providing reasonable notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for our systems and Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
- Issues with third-party infrastructure providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.).
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Collide Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination:
- You remain responsible for payment of all fees incurred up to the termination date.
- We will deliver any completed work as specified in your agreement.
- Access to ongoing Services and platforms will be discontinued.
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.
10. Third-Party Tools
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, PostHog, Calendly, Resend, Cloudflare, and Vercel. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
